"The combination of intelligent analysis, personal insight, useful facts, and plentiful pictures is a superb format invaluable for specialists but also interesting for casual readers, it makes these books a must for the library of anyone who cares about contemporary art." - Time Out

Monica Bonvicini (b.1965, Venice) is a truly international artist, whose work addresses the history of art and architecture, and their physical and psychological relationship with the viewer. This is the first monograph to cover Bonvicini's entire body of work, from her performance pieces in Berlin in the late 1990s to recent large-scale public projects, such as her 2012 Run sculpture in London's Olympic Park. Phaidon's homage to the acclaimed practitioner presents an extensive overview of her output, featuring a lengthy interview with Bonvicini and a detailed essay from Janet Kraynak.
